Case 2

This 52-year-old woman fell horseback riding, sustaining a minimally displaced scaphoid fracture and an extraarticular dorsally angulated radius fracture with dorsal comminution.

Fixation was achieved with a headless compression screw of scaphoid and 3 T-Pin®s of radius. Fixation with 3 T-Pin®s provides more robust fixation in appropriate cases.
