The T-Pin® was created by John S. Taras, MD to provide a simple and effective method to treat extraarticular distal radius fractures.

FDA Approved

The FDA granted approval for the T-Pin® Distal Radius Fixation System in January 2006.

Patent

The T-Pin® Distal Radius Fixation System was granted a United States patent in April 2005.
